St Mary’s Fête at Pylewell on Monday 27th May needs your help URGENTLY.
• Is your house in a place where passers-by would see an estate agent-style sign advertising the fete? Please email John: jgraves@clara.net or text 07786 965302.
• We are making up large hampers for raffle prizes, so please donate boxes of chocolates, wine, delicious fruit. What would you want to win? Contact Lynda on 07894 564175. She will also be delighted to receive your jewellery and bric-a-brac.
• Cakes, cup-cakes, scones, shortbreads, choc-crispies… please get baking now and fill your freezer. We also need tray bakes for teas. Bring them on the morning to Pylewell or ring Rosie on 07867 537509
• Plants – start growing now! Liz (07734 682850) will collect.
• Childrens’ toys and games? Please leave at the back of the church.
• Bottles of all varieties for the tombola? Please contact Sue on 07850 220500.
